Does this have exercises for people who workout at home and don't have a gym membership? I want to try this, but we do not and will not get a gym membership!0

I'm on stage 2. I love it. I work out at home, but we did already have a weight bench for my son. I had to buy additional weights so I could increment up slowly. the book does provide alternates if you don't have the gym equipment available.0

Thanks for the info. We don't have a weight bench, but adjustable weights that go up to 50 lbs.0
