  • I put in my headphones and crank the music. It helps me zone out and forget anyone else is there. I stick to what I have to do and get it done. Good luck, you'll do great!
  • That's a great goal! I'm just now starting to run and planning my first sprint triathlon later this year.
  • I find having others helping me along works best. I could use help with eating and exercising. It's sometimes way to easy to say, I'll do it tomorrow. I have a full time job, school and four kids also. We can do this together!
  • I turn on my ipod pretty loud and don't pay attention to anyone else. This really helps me because otherwise I feel like everyone is watching me. Hope it helps you also!
