I have the same question. I was going to ask my doctor this week -- I'm always under calories but over on sugar due to fruit or dairy.

How do you reset it? And how do you know when you should reset it?

So is it the greater the weight, the more calories you get? Because we're different in height and current weight, but around the same with age, sex, activity level, and how fast you want to lose. Will the one at 1650 drop down to 1450 once she loses weight? Or does it not work like that?

Not identical. Two of us want to lose 20, one wants to lose 40. We're all the same age.

Thank you so much -- that is a good point; if I'm losing, I'll keep doing what I'm doing, and if I plateau, I know that's one of the places I can tweak. Going to have my morning yogurt.
