Try to ignore the haters :). There will always be obnoxious and unsupportive people. You can add me if you want, I try to be supportive, and I'm not super thin and I DEFINITELY don't eat 800 calories lol.

Try almond milk unsweetened plus protein--It's 40 cal a cup with 5 grams of protein.

Can't lie, I thought about doing that. But I've been vegan in the past so I thought I'd help. Also raw cashews are really tasty and have good fats/protein. Try the cookbook "appetite for reduction" by isa chandra moskowitz. It's a vegan low cal cookbook. The lentil soup is especially good.

Have you tried tempeh? I think it has a lot of iron in addition to protein.

I'm not saying you would, but facebook pretty much retains the rights to anything you post, whether you set it to private or not they can use it.

If it's up on facebook, people can already find it and use it. Same goes for most places on the interwebs. I just treat MFP like I do facebook or any other social networking site.

I've been anywhere from 137-217, and I find I get hit on the most when I'm borderline overweight (165 ish). And my ex liked me heavy. Besides, you can get a good idea of how someone will look without clothes by how they look with clothes.
