I'm 5'10" and 150, but that is my goal weight so I'm not really trying to lose anymore. I maintain on about 1900 calories per day, but I am also training for a half marathon so I either run or weight train at least 3-4x per week.

I'm an eggs and bacon kind of girl. If I want carbs for breakfast I just add in some grits or a biscuit. I do like cereal, but it's a late night snack for me. I prefer Apple Jacks, Lucky Charms or Cinnamon Toast Crunch when the urge hits. Good luck! :happy:

When I was logging regularly I counted everything. But this actually made me LOL because my brother (who hates vegetables and some fruits) always jokes that if he actually eats a vegetable or a fruit that it should count as negative calories and "offset" something bad that he has already eaten.
