You have to take into consideration that people are differents heights and builds. Everyone doesn't lose weight the same way or in the same places. It's like me, I don't look how much I weigh and when I start to lose weight it will look differently than someone else my same weight.

I have both now, and I like MFP WAAAAAAAY better! Although they are basically the same thing, I like the calorie counter because you see exactly what you're eating. With WW they don't count veggies and fruits! I'm giving up on WW and just doing MFP, I don't even track on there anymore!

It depends on the person and how much they have weighed and how quickly hey lose the weight! If you tone as you go and don't save it till the end, you should be fine! You could also try firming lotion of used coffee grounds in the shower!

YES! Once a week is plenty! I'm only telling you this because I'm scale obsessed but I've come to know that the scale can be the next discouraging thing next to you freaking out about not losing weight!
