  • did day 3 of level 2 today! I'm so excited that i've been able to stick with this!! can't wait to see results at the end, I am up a lb since last week, but I hear thats common with the shred, so i'm going to assume its muscle, since i've been staying within my calories!
  • Me too!! my foot and ankle were hurting, so I tried it barefoot, which i'm sure lots of people will say its no good, but I feel much better that way! I'm on level 2, did all of level 1 barefoot!
  • Almonds, manderine oranges, and craisins! one of my favorite salads! usually on either romaine, spring mix, or baby spinach, I usually make my own oil & vinegar to put on top! its sweet with crunch! and you can get manderine oranges in orange juice now instead of syrup!!

  • when I make mine I add an egg, and a moistened piece of bread! plus lots of seasonings, the egg and bread fill them and make them stick, you should be able to roll them into a ball and they feel slightly sticky and stay in that form. also I bake them, healthier then frying and I like them better that way!

  • wish bone fat free italian is really good too, I think it tastes just like regular Italian, and its only 15 calories in 2 tbs, or I'll just get low fat or fat free ranch, hidden valley lowfat ranch tastes the same as the regular too!

  • I'm on day 5 of level 1, and it does get easier, day 1 I could barely keep up and couldn't move after, now i'm keeping up with almost everything, at the easier level, and i'm feeling stronger, and really not sore at all! I can't believe how much in only 5 days, I can notice a difference already in how my jeans are fitting…

  • its a dvd by Jillian Michael's, there are 3 levels, each done for 10 days for a total of 30, I'm only on level 1 but its been a great workout, and only about 25 minutes! level 1 is available on demand, for me it is anyway, and i am getting the dvd from netflix to do the rest

  • Did level 1 Day 3 today, I was going to take a rest day, because its my birthday, but then I decided that was a dumb reason (IMO) to take a day off, so I did it anyway, I really want to do 30 days with no breaks if i can!   • exactly! thats why I got it, I wasn't expecting it to be a work out, but man are my arms sore today! I also have Wii Fit, and EA Active, both are good, but I think the EA Active is a better workout
