I am doing each level for 10 days, I'm on my 14th day today, but I have taken 3 rest days throughout, I only count the days I do the shred as a "day", i'm on level 2, much harder then level 1 IMO, but not impossible! the first few days were the hardest, I was sore but kept going and it felt a lot better, by day 4-5 I was…

did day 3 of level 2 today! I'm so excited that i've been able to stick with this!! can't wait to see results at the end, I am up a lb since last week, but I hear thats common with the shred, so i'm going to assume its muscle, since i've been staying within my calories!
-
Me too!! my foot and ankle were hurting, so I tried it barefoot, which i'm sure lots of people will say its no good, but I feel much better that way! I'm on level 2, did all of level 1 barefoot!

Almonds, manderine oranges, and craisins! one of my favorite salads! usually on either romaine, spring mix, or baby spinach, I usually make my own oil & vinegar to put on top! its sweet with crunch! and you can get manderine oranges in orange juice now instead of syrup!!

Did my first day of Level 2 today, day 11, and WOW!!! I have a love/ hate relationship with Jillian right now! LOL I'm sure it will get easier just like level 1 did, but it kicked my butt!!
-
I'm doing it now, I use Circuit Training General, that is what i've read most people use! Good luck! i started Level 2 today, and its definately more challenging then level 1!
-
Wow! What a great story, and you look awesome and so much younger! congrats!!
-
Day 10 level 1 done today! on to level 2 tomorrow! kinda nervous, i've heard mixed reviews on how difficult it is!
-
I did day 9 level 1 today, one more to go!! yay, kinda nervous but excited for level 2! I skipped yesterday, i wasnt feeling very well, and I think I wasn't eating enough, so i upped my calories some and am feeling much better now! its so crazy to already see results and i'm only on the first level! keep going everyone!

you mean the area that you have to put baby powder on so it doesnt give you a burn? lol I've still got a bit to go so i'm hoping mine goes away soon too, but i'd love to see what others say!

when I make mine I add an egg, and a moistened piece of bread! plus lots of seasonings, the egg and bread fill them and make them stick, you should be able to roll them into a ball and they feel slightly sticky and stay in that form. also I bake them, healthier then frying and I like them better that way!

did level 1 day 8 today, its definately getting easier, i feel much stronger and i already feel like my clothes are fitting better, I was able to button a pair of shorts comfortably that a few weeks ago I couldnt get buttoned!! Today my 10 year old son wanted to do it with me, he tried, his form isnt very good and he wants…

wish bone fat free italian is really good too, I think it tastes just like regular Italian, and its only 15 calories in 2 tbs, or I'll just get low fat or fat free ranch, hidden valley lowfat ranch tastes the same as the regular too!

I use circuit training general, thats what most people have said they use. I did level 1 day 6 today, I missed yesterday, my ankle was sore and i didn't want to hurt it, much better today, i'm definately feeling stronger, i can keep up with the whole thing now without resting, even those damn jumping jacks!!
-
I totally agree with this! I eat anything I want I just allow for it in my calories! I plan on sticking with this for good and feel like if I don't eat the foods I like I'll just binge on them at some point, there is no way i'm never eating bacon, or a cookie, or ice cream ever again, for me its really just all about…

I'm on day 5 of level 1, and it does get easier, day 1 I could barely keep up and couldn't move after, now i'm keeping up with almost everything, at the easier level, and i'm feeling stronger, and really not sore at all! I can't believe how much in only 5 days, I can notice a difference already in how my jeans are fitting…

yes! especially your stomach! keep it up!

its a dvd by Jillian Michael's, there are 3 levels, each done for 10 days for a total of 30, I'm only on level 1 but its been a great workout, and only about 25 minutes! level 1 is available on demand, for me it is anyway, and i am getting the dvd from netflix to do the rest
-
thanks for the replies! I am going to try to do it all 30 days, of course if i feel like its too much i'll take a rest, the first 2 days were the hardest, but I feel great now, a little sore, but nothing big! can't wait to see my results, I've looked at all of the before and after pics people have posted and they are…

did L1 D5 today, its getting easier, I feel like i'm stronger, and I can notice a difference in the mirror, hubby told me my but looks toned today! my weigh in days are mondays so we'll see how i've done by then!

personally I eat tuna all the time, and I also ate it a lot when I was pregnant, odd, but it was one of the only things that didn't make me sick, my son is 10 now and he is perfectly healthy!!

A bikini! and then probably a new tattoo!

I'm going to do day 4 of level 1 tonight, but I have a question, who is doing this for 30 days with no rest days? I know lots of people have and I was trying to myself, however I'm getting a lot of crap from a few friends who think I need a few rest days a week, but I've read where a lot of people who do the shred do it…

Did level 1 Day 3 today, I was going to take a rest day, because its my birthday, but then I decided that was a dumb reason (IMO) to take a day off, so I did it anyway, I really want to do 30 days with no breaks if i can! I feel less sore after today then day 1 or 2, but those butterfly crunches still kill me!!
-
I know I'm late, i started yesterday 9/4, and did day 2 today, my arms and abs hurt the worst, and the jumping jacks are the hardest thing for me to get through for some reason, I find it odd because I started couch to 5k first and can run for at least a minute straight at a time. I decided to do 30DS first because I…

I love the active! as far as the remote not responding, i was having that issue, but i moved my sensor bar from on top of my tv to underneath of it, and it seemed to be working today, so i think the bar was too high up, maybe you could try that about the inline skating, you cant jump when the screen says jump, wait until…

You look awesome! love the tats! That is my reward to myself when I reach my goal, a side/belly tat!! I can't wait!
-
exactly! thats why I got it, I wasn't expecting it to be a work out, but man are my arms sore today! I also have Wii Fit, and EA Active, both are good, but I think the EA Active is a better workout

Awesome!! Congrats!
