30DS Question

How do those of you who have done this DVD track it? How much cardio? How much strength training? What do you call it?

    I'm doing it now, I use Circuit Training General, that is what i've read most people use! Good luck! i started Level 2 today, and its definately more challenging then level 1!

    today was day 4 for me....jillian is kicking my ***! anyway, i'm determined to complete the 30 days - i've seen sooo many positive results here on mfp. i too track it with circuit training, 25 minutes. good luck to you!! :smile:
