So obviously diet is your number one here but if you are looking for exercises that target lower abs? my two favorites are suitcases (youtube has a video) and tabatta planks

I wear a hr monitor and just enter it under cardio.

Honestly, the best advice I can give is don't buy it. If you have a snack bar or vending machine at work, leave your wallet in the car.

If you can, download the free Nike Training Club App---its like a personal trainer at home and all you ever really need is a set of dumbells and a medicine ball. I used a gallon of water for a while before I bought a medicine ball lol

This isn't to track running but its basically like a having a personal trainer---Nike Fitness Club---It has worked so well for me so I try to share as often as I can

I do 1200 and don't eat back my exercise calories---works like a charm for me, although if I am 100 or 200 over a time or two a week I don't stress.

apple slices with peanut butter and sprinkled with chocolate chips and coconut flakes is also yummy

The first and most important thing you need to do is revamp what you are putting into your body. You can kill yourself in the gym but if you eat junk and/or overeat, you wont see the results you're wanting. Really dig into how to fuel your body. Once you get that down, you'll be ready to dig into the iron.
-
do you like the sweetened sparkling waters? they have some good ones at walmart lol
-
lol yes I understand macros and I understand that weighing your food helps with balancing your nutrients. Not sure if you're being sarcastic or what
-
haha I love this whole thread

PIZZAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA is my freaking weakness too. my two cents----save it for your cheat day and don't order a large. No way I can keep it to one or two slices. I just know that about myself. Order a personal or small thin crust.

Honestly you really want to turn that around. One trainer told me eat breakfast like a king and dinner like a pauper. People argue all the time that time of day doesn't matter, math doesn't lie, etc etc. For me personally, eating a solid breakfast and then eating small throughout the day and evening has the best results.…

oh man---a spinach salad with candied walnuts, chicken, dried cranberries, and feta or gorgonzola crumbles with a balsamic reduction dressing. <3
