You can find tons on pinterest! I personally love mixing plain yogurt with some fajita seasoning/chicken broth for consistency/lemon or lime juice and cilantro---mmmmm. Also i love chopping up tomatoes/cucumbers/bell peppers/onions with lemon juice, salt and pepper---so good

By itself? I've personally never seen that except for spinners....in that instance no. But if some dude is lifting in spandex and no shorts over, I'd probably roll my eyes. I don't need or want to see that.

I personally don't eat my calories burned back when I'm trying to lose. For me, that's maintaining. Personal choice though I think. I lost 20 lbs that way.

you have got to get in the weight room. Cardio for fat burn is great and all but the results you want to see come from strength training. My typical leg day consists of weighted squats & lunges, leg press, deadlifts, quad and hamstring extensions, inner and outer hip abductors.

If you have a smart phone Nike Training Club (app) is like having your own personal trainer. The most equipment they really ask for is a set of dumbells, medicine ball and a jump rope. I used to use a gallon of milk before I bought my own medicine ball lol. Anyway, try it out, I love it

omg people. Yes low body fat. abs are made in the kitchen. understood. How do you propose to burn body fat other than how you eat? cardio, strength training. She was looking for exercises. My answer was not an end all be all. It was simply an exercise that I love. Good lord.

As everyone has said, as long as you're burning more than you eat youll lose. As far as eating back the calories you burn with exercise---personal preference really, I don't.

planks planks planks!!! I'm not just talking about 30 seconds 1 time. I mean 20 sec on/10 secs off for 4 mins. Repeat for side planks, each side. It sucks but it works!

Nike fitness club App----BEST THING EVER. Go to the store and buy a set of dumbells and a medicine ball or use a gallon of milk. It uses your music on your phone and has a video of every exercise. It guides you verbally---almost like a physical trainer at home. I love it.

6 days. I allow myself a rest day once a week. Its not any set day--so if there's a day I'm feeling lazy, I don't have to go to the gym but I know in my mind, that's it, that's my rest day.

I always try to look at the menu before I get there and choose so I'm less tempted by all the appetizers etc. Also, I always try to find a dish that is just protein and veggies.
