I have a hard time with dieting. I know I should eat healthier but it's just so hard with all the junk food dh likes to keep around. He's 6' and never has had a problem with his weight. This one will be hard for me as I've been here at work since 6:30 this morning. I get off work at 3:30pm then am going to an hour long zumba class at 4:00 which means It'll be 6:00pm before I get home. But I will try.

I'm doing fairly well. Haven't had any candy in 3 days (WooHoo). Didn't get to exercise yesterday though, went shopping with my daughter and was gone all day and by the time I got home, dinner cooked, kitchen cleaned it was just about bed time. My days start at 3:30am so bed time is kinda early lol.
