Hey there, I'm 31, married, have 3 kids whose births wrecked my body, I was 250lbs in 2012 and basically large my whole life. After my third child I got serious and started running, lost over 100lbs, and ran a half marathon and many 5ks, basically now I yo yo back and forth with about 30lbs, and have cycles of binge eating…

I crossed the 30 year threshold this past year, and as an ignorant rebellious young person I assumed they were all old fogies. Now I see how experience can mean they're much more awesome than I once thought. Also I think really old people are the most adorable thing on the planet! I want to squeeze them all! We(me and…

Ya my goal last year was similar, and i let things stop me, but this year I've went above and beyond to set myself up for success. It also free to join the challenge but I paid to have the medal just so it would be looming over my head convicting me if I wasn't still on track. Plus I plan to train for another half…

I was so proud of myself! Eating right became second nature... but I dont know what happened somewhere along the year 2017 I just…

As far as the cheap route goes I've found the champion solstice it's memory foam Inside and only about 24 bucks from Payless. Com. Also bought a pair of brooks that aren't memory foam but still feel like a dream, but it cost much more.

I was 140lbs at 11 years old, and it just escalated from there. I had my third child last November putting me at 210lbs, which wasn't even my biggest. I was 233 after child number 1. I literally would bake a tray of 24 cookies, and slam them all with a giant glass of milk, then move onto something else. I had no limits,…
