Planking was my favorite!! (well, it still is haha) We did it every other day or so. We would hold for 45 seconds and take a break. Yes! Squats are excellent, and you can also use dumbells to really get workin' Stability ball hamstring curls KILL ME! It is an excellent hamstring workout as well If you have access to some equipment, you can also do Glut-Ham Raises
