Hey everybody,

Nice to meet y'all :-) I just started using this app on my phone seriously 2 weeks ago and am totally amazed at how effective it is. Now that I'm in for the haul, I've decided why not join in and see what the community has to offer and what I can offer! I hope I can make some new buddies and be motivational and all those great things :-)

I guess I should offer some background too :-) I'm a 22 year old guy living in Toronto, Canada and studying architecture at the University of Toronto. I'm trying to build myself a healthier lifestyle and I'm re-acquanting myself with home cooking, which I love. I hit the gym about 4 to 6 times a week. Usually 3 strength training sessions and 2 to 3 cardio work outs make up my weekly routine! I try to eat mostly healthy home made stuff, and for the most part I succeed. However, I have a deathly weakness it chocolate peanuts which is the major thing I'm overcoming right now on the path to living healthfully... its a major problem since a new bulkbarn just openend down the street lol.

Goalwise, I'm trying to lose a little weight, gain some muscle and get ready for a marathon next spring/summer!

Cheers and just letting y'all know I'm glad to be here!

PS: if you know what bulk barn is and youbarent from Canada, your awesome ;-)

    Hi!

    Also, I didn't know Canadians used "y'all"?
