same here. I try to eat 1400 cal and work out 30 mins a day atleast 5 days. this last 13 lbs is not coming off!

It's all up to you. I have 2 boys and they are 3 years apart and I think that is perfect. I only had 1 in a diaper at a time. I say if you want another child then go for it. I gained 60 lbs with my first child and 75 with my second but with hard work and dedication you can get back to your pre-pregnancy weight.

you can always order chicken with broccoli and have them add hot sauce/ chilli peppers when they cook it.

Hello, I am also turning 28 this year with 2 boys (4 and 1). I'm on level 3 of 30 day shred and hoping to start ripped in 30 the last week of feb. I am also going to train for a half-marathon which i am running in may. i haven't ran since last november so i have to get back in the groove. feel free to add me!

I only weight myself once a week. Also, at times, when I'm finished with dinner I would brush my teeth right after to keep me from nibbling the rest of the night.
