30 day Shred question

I just started the 30 day Shred workout and I'm wondering about logging it in ... do you just log it in as cardio? Also, I don't have a HRM so I have no idea how many calories I've burned - can anyone with an HRM give me an idea of how many calories I can expect to burn for each level?

    log it as circuit training... then with similar calories i created an exercise just to make it clear wht training m on

    I burn approx 238-250 calories doing it ( have a HRM)
