Hi Thankyou :) Yes the scales gone up 4 times !! Today I'm + 3lbs and yesterday I did a 130 minute zumbathon & I've been 100% on plan all week but I've a chest infection, disappointment I used to get really really cross & upset now this is my life and gains will happen its totm ! So I stick at it I love Zumba I go to 5-6…

Don't take any if it's a pill there's something unatural Do this cuts cals exercise eat as clean as you can you will drop the weight it takes tweaking but works x

If we exercise on everyday except a rest day how do we tell you cals burnt? Mon = Mon & Sun Wed=Tue & Wed Fri =Thur & Fri What if there's Satd & Sunday Sorry I'm Being thick ;)

Sorry disagree I'm Not a clean eater and I've lots a lot plus 28inches in 23 weeks 7 inches off my waist I eat as healthy as I can afford but I've learnt too strict you'll fail as you feel deprived not eating a daily treat

Tbh isn't it a lot healthier than a fried breakfast or Toast smoothered in butter? I've lost quiet a lot of weight and inches eating Oats So Simple and I'm not hungry for 4-5 hours after If we get too strict 9/10 we fail I'm one of those that did being to strict
