Have you worked out your TDEE and BMR and join the group eat more to weighless I expect your not eating enough remember healthy calories burn off better x

You have to put healthy fuel into your body and eating 3 meals a day your metabolism will slow down eat 3 meals and 3 snacks eveningly, you arent eating near enough and 2 hours working out on no fuel will eat your muscles. Have you researched BMR & TDEE I didnt have a clue before I came here,you really can eat alot more…

Eating exercise calories is I feel not accurate as we don't know how many we are truly burning no machine is spot on this is why I never eat exercise calories as over under eating is highly possible

You sound dehydrated , headaches will happen at first as your cutting carbs down if you ate lots before then the worse it'll be But see your doctor as no one can diagnose you here x

What did you do? Did you start losing regularly, eventually?

A personal trainer told me our bodys get used to what we are 'doing' exercise foods etc so every 6 weeks change it have a day off what your doing change the exercise etc then it fools the body

I have started on 1310 cals then lowered to 1200 was told eat more gradually upped it weekly over 6 weeks highest was 1785 cals I work out 5-6 days a week walk & have a semi active job But some weeks I gain 1-1.5lbs then next week lose 1lbs this is = 1-2lb loss over 4 weeks :( I'm lof everything weigh measure everything…

The calculations on here and other sites say we burn X amount of calories when everyone is different , my fitbit and HRM say totally different reading for calories burned So how do we know the exact amount we burn
