Im doing this for health and fitness first Im 42 so Hot isnt going to be so much as an importance although we all want to look hot but knowing being over weight can cause cancer illness joint pain etc being 50 fit and hot is what Im heading for :)

Hi How come I gradually increased my calories over 5-6 weeks from 1250 a day to 1785 a day and gained weight after6 weeks? I do lots of walking and zumba 5-6 times a week Ive still got 60lbs to lose Can anyone advise me what amount I should eat as my losses arent grat and I dont want to yoyo again Im female 42 5ft 2 198lbs…

3months but also if they never ever interact as having 70+ buddys its hard to interact with everyone and those who support me I try doing the same visa versa x

To do this you have to CHANGE YOUR HEAD-WAY OF THINKING DROP THE WORD ''DIET'' EAT ENOUGH CALORIES FIND AN EXERCISE YOU ENJOY If you dont do these 4 things it will be years of yoyoing x

Zumba wii 2 I love it I fit it in 4 times a week and 2 zumba classes......... Ive 3 children and self employed with 2 businesses and a very ill mum in law xx

Did he mention eating exercise calories? He said walk 1 hour a day so sounds like your inactive? m female 5ft 2 aged 42 have lost 27lbs in 16 weeks I do 6 zumba sessions a week and walk my weightloss is slow I have upped my calories from 1250 to 1785 = -20% of my TDEE but its not changed my weight loss 5 weeks in Any ideas how to find the right amount of calories to lose weight?

I never ear exercise calories and liked its easier to count cals instead of points

Some weeks it 0lbs-0.5lbs They say it takes a huge amount of muscle to show up as a gain ? Oh well I will stick at 1649 calories from next week Thanks again
