I seem to go for what seems like weeks without losing anything, sometimes I even gain a little. Then all of a sudden I lose 3-4 pounds all in a weeks time. I dont know if thats normal but I am doing the same thing every day calorie wise.

I had eggs poached in chunky tomatoe sauce for dinner with whole wheat tortillias. Going to have the leftovers for breakfast. My whole family loves this dish. I have to make a lot.

I eat a small(measured) portions of things I realy want. I then fill the rest of the plate with vegetables and eat the vegetables first. Once I have eaten the veggies and am not so hungry I can leisurely enjoy the higher fat items, one slow bite at a time. If I have eaten so many calories that I dont have many left I will…

I use Ken's light northern italian. 50 calories for 2 tablespoon. going to try some of these homemade recipes.

Thanks for the encouragement! And the snack suggestions! I am going to start carrying a larger purse (more of workout- ha ha) and start packing some food for on the go. Its nice to know there are others on the same journey. :smile:

I never like yogurt until I tried making my own. You simply ferment it for shorter periods 3-4 hours instead of 10, the less time fermenting the less tart.

i eat air popped popcorn too. I spray butter flavored olive oil spray. Light spritzes to make the salt stick. This satisfies my salty crunchy cravings.

I am lazy too!!! I have a sedentary job and then a commute and then would spend the rest of the day in front of my computer at home. However I am also HUNGRY!!!! I count my cleaning if I do 30 continuous minutes but not if I just pick up things for 5 minutes. I was having the same issue only slightly different, since I have a lot of weight to lose, I get a lot of calories. After eating lots of fruit and veggies and low fat dairy and small amounts of carbs and meats I would have a lot of calories to eat at the end of the day. At first I didnt worry about it and just didnt eat…

i exercise 5-10 minutes at a time at work. I walk up stairs and walk around inside the building. On some days it is the only exercise I get and at the end of the day I have usually managed 30 minutes!

I eat fried and saucy chinese take out on cheat days. I try to keep my cheat days down to every couple of weeks. I take a break from tracking that day too.
