Hi Beth, I hear you it's not easy...I agree with most of the other posts that water aerobics, yoga and gentle walking is a great place to start. I have found some success exercising with friends and celebrating the small successes. Remember that everyone starts somewhere and the huge successes were once small.

Your motivational group sounds amazing! My struggle seems to be emotional eating lately. I am 142 lbs which is a 15 pound increase since last year. I have had some stressful challenges and have gravitated to food and mindless eating. I am working on it but it appears that I need more support.
