I like using guacamole as a dip with it. Tastes great together. Sweet potato, salad and always a bag of steamfresh veggies makes a nice meal.

I cooked turkey keilbasa , dark red kidney beans, red roasted potatoes and green beans together in a pan. Actually tasted really good. Wife out to eat and grocery shopping on way home so I came up with this weird concoction.

Just paid $80 usd for my first 5k. But it was a zombie run with obstacles and mud. Got a cheap t-shirt and a cool dog tag chain. I found out about it late so it was more expensive. They sent me a deal for $40 to run again in sept. Friends I ran with said it was the most fun they had doing a run. Glad to hear the prices.…

Thx. I'm up to running a 5k-3.5 miles every other day so I'm sure my bodies adjusting. Plus my outdoor runs are in a hilly area which can't be accounted for. Just wish they weren't so expensive.

Bump. Like another poster mentioned I was thinking about getting this as well. How much does it differ between mfp calories burned while running. I want to be accurate with it.

I lost initial 10lbs purely on walking my dog an hour a day and watching my calorie intake. Put on a few pounds when my back healed and went back to work.
