Hi, hope you're doing well with your goal. I'm also aiming to be healthier by 40 in December. I've been 'dieting' for nearly 20 years & enough's enough! 40lb off would be a fantastic pressie to myself. Good luck.

Day 4 done yesterday. I felt pleased with myself to have kept at it, but have just logged my food for yesterday and ate two days worth - oops :ohwell: so not sure my stats will be too good this week.

Day 3 done. Ended up doing lateral raises with no weights today my arms ached so much.

I'm glad to read it's not just me that has found the 1st set of jumping jacks and jump rope too hard. I've been jogging through some of that too. Anyway, Day 2 done, 28 to go!

My copy of 30DS arrived today, so luckily (or not!) I was able to start straight away. Found cardio sections hardest & took me ages to recover. Almost dreading tomorrow, but pleased to hear it gets easier by day 3-4.

Sounds familiar davert! I have been 'dieting' for about 15 years now and find it hard to stick to regimes rigidly when the road feels very long (60lb to lose this time). Hi all! I'm new to MFP and loving the community. I ordered Shred yesterday I hoping it arrives by 1st Feb to get started. I'm in the UK, 35 with 60lb to lose.
