Hi, new to site but not to 'dieting'!

Hi all, I joined MFP last week, using my phone app to keep track of calories and then found the main site on my computer and have loved the 'Community' part. I've been trying to lose weight on and off for about 15 years now (some years more successfully than others) but never quite make it to goal. I'm at the heaviest I've been for a long time, so I know it's going to be a long journey to lose the 60lbs & am hoping for some motivation and a supportinve environment to keep going.

    I started on January 7, 2012 and have lost 6 lbs. Having to log my exercise and food helps me make healthier choices. I think this is what has been missing in my earlier efforts to lose weight. I hope you have good results!
