About 15 lbs and people started to notice it in my face. at 20 lbs more and more people are starting to notice and I'm getting a lot of compliments.

OMG yes! I'm a DD and these suckers carry some serious weight that is for darn sure! Even when I was thin I never wore a L or Medium shirt. Always an XL.

My starting weight was 230. I haven't seen below 200 since April of 2009. I'm at 213.5 now and am just itching to get down below 200 so badly.

Zumba is awesome! I am very overweight (like 50 pounds) and I love it. It doesn't feel like a workout and I've dropped 15 pounds doing it and MFP. I started Zumba at the end of January. Zumba! Never feels like a "workout", just a lot of fun. I do it 3x a week and look forward to it all week long.

Just want to add that you are doing great - and I also echo what everyone said above. You need to get at least 1200 calories a day. If you burn off 500 by doing Zumba, eat them back but with healthy, clean foods.
