I'm 5'8", 39 years old, and have gone from 217 to 188 in six months. I average 20-30 carbs and about 1300 calories a day. Probably could have lost more in that time period but life and cheating occasionally got in the way.

Before I purchased my HRM, I would enter the times in separately. As for the jogging, I have yet to make 5 mph jogging, and had to use a brisk walk (somewhere around 4 mph) to show my running times. I log the amount of minutes running and the amount of minutes walking. So, today was 15 minutes of jogging, and 18 minutes of walking :) Good luck!
