I used to work late nights..and I didn't think of it as "Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner"..It was always "Meal 1, Meal 2, Meal 3". I started my day from the time I woke up and it ended when I went to bed. The good news is that you can always go back to the previous day with MFP and add what you ate, if needed. It won't be so…

I'm 8 years younger than my bf. It's not so much of a big deal now (frankly, there are times when he acts younger than me!) but his buddies LOVE to joke around that when he was in high school, I was like 8 years old. LOL

I really need to get back into it. I felt like it did give me a good workout but then I stopped. I'm hoping I'll get back into it now that the weather is getting colder.

I agree with when you wake up until when you go to bed. I feel as though it's a little much to set your alarm to eat.
