I just discovdered Myfitnesspal and completed a profile. I'm looking forward to using the tools available in order to track my progress, and I'm certainly looking forward to becoming aquainted with many of you.     You'll love it here! I've been tracking my foods and exercising for the first time in my life and I have dropped 23 pounds in two months and gained a ton of strength and stamina from having a diary to track everything. I just wish I hadn't waited until I turned 40 to get in he best shape of my life! Good luck!!
