How do you burn 2000 calories a day exercising? Please give me tips on how to incorporate more exercise into my day. I walk on my morning break, afternoon break and at lunch.

I picked up a bottle from Walmart. It was made by Pure Health. I lost 5lbs using it, but when I went back to Walmart to get another bottle-it only lasted 2 weeks-they were no longer carrying the brand and I wasn't interested in paying more $ for the other brands on the shelf.

I tried them years ago after having my son. I definitely lost weight. It worked, BUT there was oil leakage from my bottom...and it was embarrassing-never got the 2nd bottle for that reason.
