  • I know for myself I feel it is easier to get the run/walk in the mornings. I feel better when doing it and it seems that I have more energy for it

  • Too funny, I use to live on 24 mile just east of Romeo Plank. I go to the planet fitness on 11 mile and Schoenherr. I just have the regular membership so I can't go to other locations. I didn't want to be stuck in a contract, I figure once the weathers nice I won't use it much if at all.

  • I put it in my smoothies all the time. I've never even noticed it in there. I grind mine in a coffee grinder until it's a nice powder. Try grinding them a little longer.
