I love WW, lost 80 lbs with it from Oct 2012 - June 2013. The thing I liked about it especially when losing the weight was I always had enough points to eat lots and feel full all the time. I still track on WW as well as MFP. I found the WW meetings great but wasn't a big fan of their online site. I really like MFP for the…

Going Dec 20-28, staying at the Business Club Level at CSR. Really happy about that. One of the big reasons is a light continental breakfast is included. Great chance to have lots of fruit and yogurt before hitting the parks.

Yes for the whole thing that makes sense. Just wondering for one of the slices of the party tray croissants. Makes sense for the almost 500 using enough pieces to make up one croissant, the deli meat and cheese. Thanks everyone for the quick replies

Just noticed this group exists from the DA site. Great idea.

We have a really good chain of used and sometimes new clothing store here. I've been shopping there for my whole weight loss journey. It's been great, you don't go around in too big clothing. As I've lost weight I went in and bought smaller stuff then getting rid of the big stuff Shirts are $3.75, pants are $4,…

Leftovers work for me.

If you're eating a lot of processed foods that may be contributing. My problem is sodium, and a lot of processed foods have your full day's share in just one serving. Also drink tons of water. It will help. The big thing is don't get discouraged.

I follow Weight Watchers points. When I was losing, I was down to 26 points a day. To see how many calories I was taking in I started tracking on MFP; it was about 1200. I've since stopped going to WW meetings but still track with points and continue with MFP. After reaching my goal weight at WW my points were increased. I…

Congratulations on the hard work. It really paid off.

Amazing. Your hard work certainly paid off.

I always track, good or bad days. A day or two eating bad shouldn't cause too much damage

Right now with a lot of fresh fruits in season I make a yogurt parfait for lunch. I use 1 cup of low fat/calorie plan or vanilla yogurt along with some blueberries, sliced strawberries and raspberries. So good

Sounds delicious, do you know the nutrition values on this. I would like to make it just curious about the total calories, fat/carbs/sodium in it. Thanks

I've lost 71 on MFP and 77 altogether since a little before joining MFP. I used WW as well to kick start everything and my key to success is tracking everything I eat. I track here and in a notebook. When you're tracking you'll be more aware of all the good and bad you're eating. My biggest weakness was quantity not as…

1. My former favorite clothes no longer fit. 2. I have acquaintances that don't know who I am when I say hello. 3. I can no longer eat quarter pounders and fries. 4. Have to get new ID pictures taken. 5. I can't try the latest flavor of a large DQ blizzard.

Amazing work, congratulations.

You look amazing, congratulations. Also nice to read about your little girl and how she is so healthy now.

you look really good, congratulations on the weight loss. Can I ask how tall you are though. You really don't look like you need to lose 36 lbs. Again though, we know our bodies best and where we want to be.
-
Amazing, congratulations on the hard work and pay off. Good for you

Me too. i used to eat it, not a lot but sometimes. Tasted good, but makes you feel bloated and lacking energy afterwards. No more ever for me. I find sodium bothers me too and all that stuff is loaded so it was easy to give up
