Hi I just joined the group and Hear Ya about the "where is this weight coming from" thing ! I know they told me weight gain is one of the issues with perimeno but jeepers .... it seems I gain from dreaming about brownies LOL. Nice to meet you.

i would try recalibrating your scale....they can go off perfect over time. Also make sure you weigh around the same time when you do and same way (clothed or not).

Yes losing weight and getting healthier WILL improve a "fatty" liver too. When I was fit before all my numbers went into the healthy zone from the "wow that's scary" zone.
