Had this problem invest in some good insoles. I find they help so much but they do wear out but so worth a new pair when needed.

Being big we are not putting the healthiest things into our body.. I heard boils were one of your body's way of getting rid of toxins & crap. if that is true then a healthier diet and sweating with exercise should help clear it up but it won't happen over night.

well dear, I am full figured , Over weight, Fat , fallaciously fluffy, you name it, size 22-24 but getting dressed or undressed, bathing or anything else I find I have to slow down for the curves all the time I am here though to round out some of them :ohwell: .

Will power is like a muscle, you have to work it to make it stronger. Just tell them " no I don't want to eat that but thank you for your help strengthening my will power ":laugh:

I know how you are feeling, it is like a drug habit that ya can't brake. I looked up sugar side effects and read it over and over but to completely cut it out I have not figured it out yet but I have cut down hoping to ween off all together someday :noway: .

I am 52, also 5'2" but when I was 20 years old and weighed 169 pounds I was wearing a very tight size 16 jeans. I knew they were targeting vanity by changing the sizing but I think this is ridiculous.

It is much easier to say I am not going to do drugs just to lose weight (this eases the guilt) then to say I will not eat less and get off my bum and exercise every day like you do to lose weight.

WOW! I think that is awesome. I've read through the years people that has lost lots of weight has have some event or something to click that changed everything and got then in gear . I have never had that moment so every day is such a struggle for me. Good luck as long as it last make use of it don't fear it .:wink:

I never got past the 2nd dose. The first went right through me the the 2nd all can up as soon as the last drink was down. the rest of the maple syurp was better on pancakes :p

Good question, and interesting responces. I do good to do 10 min. . They hurt to bad to go on. so I would do the 10 min elipical 5 min on a small re bounder then jump back to the elipical for 10 then 5 more on the rebounder again...........well that is before the wagon wheel broke and I fell off.

I found that the leakage comes when you eat to much oils and fats but you are supost to cut down on those. I took them when my colesterol was to the point Doc wanted to put me on the pills. gave me 3 months to get it down and I did. below 200 and all I did was the alli. At that time I couldn't get into exercise for nothing…
