Why not set your weight training for the gym and get an exercise bike or workout dvd's to do at home while he is at the gym. I have to work around my hubby not that he is trying to get fit its just when I am making progress he seems to always find a way to interfere with it. I constantly have to readjust my workout times.…

I keep thinking that I am going to take one but end up feeling bad and exercising to cover it or I do go over 100 to 200 calories. If I do end up with one way over it will most likely NOT be a planned cheat day but life happening enterferences:ohwell:

That is just like the sizes in clothing, I have a pair of jeans from before I was married that are size 11/12 28 years ago but when comparing them to a pair of size 6 that my daughter use to wear they are about the same size. Head games are not healthy.

maybe you have you activaty level set higher then it really is therefor it is giving you to many daily calories.
