Children's Hospital is a good place once they get to know you. Kids are there for long stretches of time with out their family comeing around in a lot of cases and to just go talk to then and play games help so much for the to pass thier time there and get their minds off things for a while.

My two nephews when they were little were fighting about who's puppy had died and who the live one belonged to. years ago after haveing 3 babies already so I was good size. I has my son (tddler, barely talking) in the bathtub with me . He was playing in the water fine until I stood up. He went into a crying fit and was mad at me cause I made the water go away. He is 22 now and can make the water go away himself now :)

I was haveing trouble with that but noticed after 3 months doing different exercise, mostly the exercise bike that it has pretty much gone away unless I have an extra long day on my feet. but still it isn't as bad. I do love bananas and after doing "Adkins diet" I eat then when I can , now they are a treat :happy:

WOW I am shooting for 150 but I am 5'2" you'all are making me think I should lower a bit. I really can't see myself at 150 let alone lower no matter how many success stories I read I just can't see that for me.:ohwell: Would be nice though

Life does have a way a getting in the way. I seem to end up with one cheat meal a week , I don't "plan " it it just happens but I normally don't go over by to much 200 to 300 calories and this might sound like alot to some people here but conpared to the way I use to handle a flub up I think I am doing great :wink:

as I understand an am doing is weights everyother day and a half hour on the exercise bike or 30 min brisk walk down the road or up through the woods is not that hard to fit in on the other days.

I like keeping a can of smoked almonds around. good, good for you, and quick calorie add to keep your numbers close
