  • I did 1 round and lost 13 pounds. IMO, anything that works for you, is worth it. But as previous posters have said, if you know what your calorie goal is, just use a scale and weigh your food. 21DF makes it easier because it takes the guesswork out of it, you just fill a container. No counting needed, and if you follow the…
  • I've just been logging it as circuit training and using my fitbit to get the calorie burn/heart rate.
  • I have had this same exact issue. If I use mapmyrun and my fitbit while i'm out, it shows up twice on mfp. But if I use only the fitbit, it doesn't carry over onto mapmyrun. I've had to not use Mapmyrun in order to keep that double posting from happening. And I'm not sure why my fitbit runs aren't syncing to mapmyrun.

  • I'm not from here but have been living in Kitsap County for about 2 1/2 years now. This state is so gorgeous! I've been all over exploring parts of it, just haven't made it to Eastern Wa yet...
  • Ok, I'm in. I've been MIA from this site for a while and stalling in my fitness goals so thought I'd come back for some motivation. Feel free to add me. I'm 5'3" and about 147, aiming for 120-125.
  • Lovely hood ornament. <3
  • Well, I was planning to get a good weights workout in tonight, but that all depends on if I can get to sleep! I work night shift so should be sleeping right now, but had to be awake to work on my Jeep and now I have a headache. Might end up being a rest day, we'll see...
  • Sorry, posted in the other thread and THEN saw this one.... SW: 150 Week 1: 149 Week 2: 146 Week 3: Week 4: My exercise so far has been running, spinning, and an occasional weight session.
  • Hey guys, sorry I haven't posted in a while, been on vacation. :) Anyway, here goes my new stats: SW: 150 CW: 146 GW: 125-130 Slowly getting there! :)
  • Ok, I'm back to post my stats: SW: 150 CW: 149 GW: 125-130 My workout of choice is running but I do so much of that I'm kinda in a rut now. I actually started off a few years ago at 170, so it's time to kick it up a notch now. I've started hiking with a pack, and also doing the Nike Training Club workouts on my ipod. Let's…
  • I'm in! I'm on my way to work right now but I'll come back later and post my goal and weight. Nice to meet you all!
  • hey everyone! I don't actually live in KC anymore either, I'm just outside Seattle, but I grew up there and my sister is Mrsmyers, a few posts up.... lol Anyway, I visit KC quite often and still consider it home, so thought I'd join up and introduce myself. In fact, I plan to visit next week and get a few good runs in…
  • Undertown Coffee in Port Townsend is awesome! Port Angeles, the whole Olympic Pen. My boyfriend and I did a hike out to Neah Bay and Second and third Beach a few months ago. My favorite place in WA. :)
  • I'm in! I'll be gearing up for a hike in the Olympics at 8am, Pacific. AND, I'll be carrying a pack! :)
  • I totally understand. My boyfriend is a freaking machine. We both run, and I'll be feeling all good about myself and my 9 minute mile, until he calls me to tell me about the 8 mile run UP A MOUNTAIN he did and how he clocked a few 5.5min/miles. HE'S A MONSTER! And he can eat whatever the heck he wants and not gain a pound.…
  • Me too! I'm on the Kitsap Pen, where are you?
  • First off, hi Cat!!! :) Selcond, I totally agree with the above reply! And I understand the whole family eating junk being a temptation. I lived with family for two years and they ALL eat junk, so I'd try to take a day a week and cook something healthy for the family. It's only one day, but it gets them actually interested…
  • Hey guys! I'm currently at 150 and 2 years ago, I was at my all time thinnest at 135, so as for now my goal is to just get back to 135. But my ULTIMATE GOAL is 125. I've never been that thin in my life, so this will be a challenge...
  • Hey I run almost every day! Already have 3 halfs and 1 full under my belt, hope to have one more full this year. Nice to meet ya!
  • I've noticed by just eating what I normally eat AND accounting for my normal exercise calorie deficit, I seem to almost hit my 1200 calorie goal on the head. So not sure if I will lose weight this way, since I haven't changed my eating habits. Apparently, I normally eat 1200 calories anyway...
  • Hey there! I'm not exactly in my 20s anymore (turned 30 a few months back), but I too have about 20 pounds to go. Feel free to add me!!!
