Crossfit calories burned?

Any CrossFitters out there? Wondering how you are logging this and what calories burnned you are using? I was using circuit training and putting in 45 min. Help this girl out!

I've just been logging it as circuit training and using my fitbit to get the calorie burn/heart rate.0

I am playing it safe. If I spend 60 minutes for the warm-up, strength, and WOD, I am logging it as 30 minutes of CrossFit in my diary. The 60 minute burn looks reeeeally high to me.0

How far can you run in 45 minutes?
HRMs for this kind of activity will ALWAYS over-estimate - a lot.0
