  • Hi All, I,m on level 1 day 5, after day 3 my body ached and i took one day off did day 4 yesterday and starting to feel good, plan to do day 5 tonight.   • Oh god yes, I havnt missed a day since starting, even log when I have a bad day so i can see how bad I have been. I feel like if I dont log and keep focused on it will just end up putting on what I have lost. :flowerforyou:
  • Hey we all know how hard it is to loose just 1lb, so loosing 11lb so far is great going, I am upto 9lb and am hoping to hit the big 10lb by the end of this week. Why is it so easy to put the weight on but not as easy to get it off, anyway every 1lb loss is a loss so keep up the great work. :flowerforyou:
  • Personally I have a goal as getting married in September 2012 and i,m focused on looking lovely in my dress. But if I feel like having something naughty I will always check the calorie content out in MFP, this is sometimes enought to put me right off when you see its half your daily allowance.

  • dont give up, you will regret it!!! its happened to us all, been good got on the scales and weight a lb heavier, you have to learn not to completely rely on the scales, measure your body and then measure again after one month and see what you have lost.   • My Fiance can eat anything and struggles to put weight on, but he is being so support with me to be honest, he told me at the weekend he felt so proud of me that I was loosing weight and doing a great job at it. Really helps and makes it worth while when you have great support at home. :happy:

  • Well my goals March 2012 to loose 5 lb and to work out at a minimum 3 times per week, to limit eating out to only twice in the month April 2012 to loose 4lb and to have been out on my road bike on a weekly basis now the lighter nights will be with us, Ohhh so hope I hit these goals. :flowerforyou:
