Free Food Freefall

I dont know if anyone else is like this but when there is free food around or im alone with food i get all werid and become obssessed with it . Its litterally like im being pulled to it . Its so frustrating to physically not want it but your mind is saying " Yup you definatly need that meatloaf in your cousins fridge" . Sometimes i get this huge rush when i start to eat . How does one break your mind because dieting and exercise are just 2 componants to loseing weight and i need to get a handle on my mind..

it's truly mental...at that point I talk myself out of it! I login to check the MFP database to visually see my diary and how much the said food would add to my allotted calorie. Also if its just junk (not food) unclean food I talk myself into remembering how awful I will physically feel (sick) if I do eat it! So far these strategies have helped me!0

I do the same and check how my diary would look if I had the bad stuff and this is enough to put me off. I also have habits that when I put petrol on the car I always buy a chocolate bar of a packet of sweets, I still do this but instead of eating them I put them in the cupboard when I get home, I have to admit I do have this stash of naughty stuff in the kitchen cupboard but I make sure its on the top shelf which I struggle to reach. My Fiance loves it though and is happy to eat the naughty stuff ha ha ha.

I use to the gas station yummys to but i dont have will power to have a stash ..lol It makes things worse that when i actully do need a snack and my hubby makes comments that makes me feel bad thus makeing the sneaking and hiding so much worse . If i had no one to fear i wonder if i would be the way i am ..0
