If I'm in a hurry, I'll pick the one nearest to what I want that has been confirmed by at least one person (the more the better). If I have time to spare, I'll check the nutrition label and 'confirm' or 'edit'. The more people that do this, the more accurate it will be in the long term.

My husband was exactly the same as you before being diagnosed with coeliacs desiese. He was constantly sick and losing weight. Once he had the diagnosis and cut out all gluten he slowly started to gain weight.

I think you can do it either way, whichever is most convenient to you, just make sure you choose the right option on the list - either raw or cooked. Good luck!

This also happened to me - but I also reset goal to maintenance for the 1st week and then only half a pound after that - started loosing weight again. You have nothing to loose in trying this - except weight of course. Good luck!

I usually always eat back exercise calories unless I have gone over on my calories the day before.

Some weeks I don't loose any weight at all...some weeks i gain a pound .......... and then the next week I may loose 2 pound! Dont know why this happens but like you, I'm trying to stick it…
