Though I've started INSANITY 3 times and this is my fourth...I LOVE IT! I agree with some of the others who responded...focus on form and listen to your body. When I worked out 3 weeks in a row, when I first got it, I lost 2 pant sizes and I didn't even do all six days...only 3:) Keep it up and maybe we can encourage each…
