I'm on my fourth day...I can tell a big difference in the mornings...just last week I could hardly drag myself out of bed, this week i can really tell that I'm getting better sleep so I'm more bright eyed in the am, plus I don't have that yucky bloated feeling that carbs cause....LOVE LOVE LOVE it!
