Thank you! I will look there.

I can't offer shake advice, as I don't drink them, but I started last October about where you are now (5'5", 167 pounds), and I was 135 this morning. If more support might help you on your journey, feel free to add me. My food diary is always open, for better and for worse

Cream in my coffee.

I jumped up to 142.2 the day after I got back and was 138.8 the very next day. An irregular eating pattern can definitely mess with the initial weigh in. My actual gain for my week away was more like one pound.

I like Optimal Living Daily and the other OLD podcasts (finance, health, relationships, etc).

I often eat light breakfast and lunch and save a good chunk of calories for a late evening meal/snack.

I have a Yasso frozen yogurt bar or sandwich almost every night. 80-120 cals.
-
I though this thread was going to be about Yasso. But I'm glad you found a bar you like so much :)

How old is your baby? I've nursed three babes, and I've noticed (and know) that at a certain point, the calorie content of my milk decreased, and it took more of a deficit on my part to continue losing.
-
I like this line of thinking.

I think it's natural to feel jealous, but my vote is also for the MFP way. Losing weight the old fashioned way, by watching intake and moving more, is such a fabulous learning experience. If you're looking for more support, I login and log my food every day. :)

This has happened to me a few times. About seven years ago I lost 75 pounds and felt amazing. I thought I would never regain it. Then I had a couple more pregnancies, was able to re-lose that weight, and took up running. Still doing well. But since that point in time, I have struggled. I lost about 15 pounds last fall,…

Starting weight 157 Last week 153 This week 154.4 I'm waiting and waiting for my monthly visitor to arrive. She's late and a big factor in this week's weigh-in...and in my attitude this morning. Ugh. Still, I have to celebrate that I'm 2.6 pounds down in this challenge. 5.4 to go, and I still think I can get there!…

You guys are doing amazing! I'm not expecting the same results this week, but I am so proud of all of you!

Hey girl. I'm kinda in the same boat. A few years ago I lost 75 pounds and kept it off for a couple of years, even through pregnancies. But then last year, my mother-in-law passed away and I used that as an opportunity to go back to my old habits with my husband. I'm currently in the process of losing about 30 pounds that…

Same here.

I'm also thinking it's just fine.

I had the same thought. Thankfully we still have time to change
