What is the most filling food in the world?

I know this is different for everybody but I was wondering what food, in particular, you find the most satiating? For me, it's mashed potatoes and a red lentil corn chowder that I make.
What is yours?

Chilli if we're talking in an amount that fits my macros. Pasta or potatoes in amounts I'd have to make serious adjustments to fit lol1

Satiety definitely has a high degree of individual variability.
That being said, the white potato does quite well for many people.

@JeromeBarry1 Roughly this
1 large red onion chopped
1 thumb ginger
2 clove, Garlic, raw
680 g, Potato
4 cup low sodium Vegetable Broth
700g Potato
1 cup dry red lentils
1 cup, milk of choice (I use almond for myself but coconut when I make it for my boyfriend)
3 chopped jalapenos
1 tbsp smoked paprika
900g Corn
1 medjool date
2 tbsp of citrus or vinegar
and then add whatever spices or hot sauces you like. I change it everytime. My boyfriend likes it with red pepper paste
You pretty much just sautee the first three ingredients (I just do it with water but you could use oil of course), add everything else, bring it to a boil, then put of simmer for at least 45 minutes (longer tastes better.) After you just blend it up with an immersion blender and its soooooo good3 -

If we're talking for the calories, probably boiled cabbage. If we're talking for the volume, chicken, or a soup/chili with a lot of beans.1

Honestly the most filling thing I eat tends to be hard boiled eggs. They're just so heavy!0

Same here, 2 boiled is eggs is more then enough to fill me up, and yet i can eat 6 eggs if they're in scrambled form easily.0 -
Well the last time I ate something and couldn't finish it was Chipolte. That veggie burrito was very filling.1

People say potatoes but not for me. They literally piss me off. I am so hungry after eating them for how many freaking calories they have.
For me it's volume! Tons of veg, lean meat, moderate fat, moderate carbs0 -
For me I would have to say Quest bars. They sink like a brick in my belly.. haha. I guess it's the combo of protein and fibre0

Soups/chili0
