Most people don't measure for bras correctly, and this is what you end up with. Do yourself a favor, and follow this. http://sameatschildren.tumblr.com/post/45962915522/do-it-now-guide-to-proper-bra-fit-and-measuring

I guess I'm in the minority, but if I ever manage to get back down to 100lbs (at 122 right now) I hope the boobs go with it. I miss being able to wear cute, non-underwire bras, or go braless, lol. I was never huge (topped out at a 32D, properly measured), but going from small/proportional to "Ugh, where's the damn safety…

OP, I felt stuck for a while too, back when I was using my HRM. Not to knock Polar at all, but I think I wasn't using it correctly. I get different numbers by wearing a Fitbit Blaze all day long (based on when I do my exercising), and more importantly, I'm losing. Oddly (to me, maybe not to some), I'm losing more…

Great idea on tracking fiber, I'll switch that up right now. I had two hard boiled eggs with a bit of sriracha and mustard for lunch, and a handful of baby carrots. I'm feeling more satiated than I normally do with PBJ, so this is a good thing! Also, it's fairly low on calories, so I'm going to see what I can do about a…

This sounds like all sorts of amazing. I may try this for lunch.

All of you - thank you so much for these replies. They're incredibly helpful. I definitely agree on the protein and fat. I get discouraged because I always turn to Google for recipes, and you would think they assume I live in the kitchen of a five star restaurant with everyone they want me to keep on hand. I literally…

Excellent point. I was very frustrated years ago when I first started on MFP, using their exercise estimations. I bought a Polar HRM, and was stunned - walks didn't burn 500-700 calories, they burned 300-400 for me. Huge difference. Now I use a Fitbit because I am super competitive, and it helps motivate me. I have no idea…

I've found this, as well. I'm a photographer, and I often come up with some of my more creative ideas when I am out walking. I have a nighttime shoot planned just based on my mind relaxing, being away from the computer, and seeing different things on my neighborhood walk. It's enjoyable in many ways.

I don't post here often, but walking does work. I used excuses (SAHM of 3 kids age 6 and under), the weather (97 degrees in 100% humidity), just being busy in general. I tried jogging, but got an Achilles' tendon injury after some idiot teenager ran me off the road - there went 6 months. Finally got sick of being stuck at…

Just got a Blaze (my first fitbit) the other day. Can't seem to manage connecting it to MFP, but I'll keep trying. http://www.myfitnesspal.com/profile/leradicaldreamer

Do you use a heart rate monitor for your cardio? A few years ago I was in your shoes, and when I bought my HRM, I found out that MFP grossly overestimates calories burned when it comes to exercise. I manually enter my cardio, now, and it seems to be working.
-
Meh. My only thing is that would be 500 empty calories. 200, sure, but 500? For myself, I'd look for a better option.

Use a HRM and eat back your exercise calories. That did the trick to me, even though I didn't think it made sense - but then again, I'm not a nutritionist, and that's what they recommend. You don't have to feel like you are starving to put your body into starvation mode, which makes it hold onto that weight. I just got…

I'm doing one minute fast, and ninety seconds of a brisk walk. Working really well!

Nothing wrong with being 103 and 5' tall, people. That being said, the OP should be calling her doctor, not laughing it up on MFP and asking advice here.
-
I'd wear Depends. Not even kidding - I know quite a few women who use them after giving birth just to make life easier, don't see why it wouldn't bring some peace of mind here.
-
I don't bother - apparently it isn't very hygienic to be completely bare down there. I'll stick to my razor and trimmer :)

There's a bunch of really good recipes on pinterest on how to make healthy substitutes for cream of whatever soups. The sodium is ridiculous, you could easily fix that up.

1-2 lbs a week is a very good rate of weight loss. Slow to lose, slow to put back on.

I watch them for free on Youtube. It's a great way to either save money, or see if it's a good fit for you.

I'm more looking to get rid of my belly fat rather than a number. I'm 124 right now, but I still have a belly, so I'm going to keep up with the strength training. I'm 5'0". I'm guessing I'll have to go to about 115, maybe 110.

I have a 2.5 year old, a 10 month old, and just found out I am expecting. Right now, the only way I have time is either when a) my daughter takes a nap, and my son and I do 30DS together or b) I go to the local Y where they have free childcare for members. The kids get to socialize with friends, and I get to workout/shower…

When I used to make that, I used to put a drop of vegetable oil in with the olive oil, and it would prevent it from solidifying. Not sure it's the healthiest option, but it worked :p

Um, I don't think that's her in the photos. That's Miley Cyrus, lol.
-
Meh, I love my skim milk.

A good friend of mine was told the same thing by her doctor. She ended up switching to a vegan diet, and goes to the gym 4 days a week.

Jillian recommends you take 1-2 days off per week to allow your body to heal/rest up. So, 5-6 days per week.

Tons of women lose weight in pregnancy - ask anyone who had all-day sickness. Keep it up with your adjusted calories for now (2100), make sure to take a multi vitamin just in case, plenty of fluids, etc. For my first child, I wasn't overweight, but I still didn't gain much till 25 weeks (and honestly, you really shouldn't…

I track everything except what I eat on Sundays. It's my day off, so I just weigh myself in the morning, and avoid MFP till Monday :) Losing weight without a problem, think I'm zig zagging my calories pretty effectively.
