I have no idea how realistic this is, or if I'm supposed to count the distance from my pedometer as well but I'm aiming for 100 miles for my first challenge on this site :-). So excited!

I weigh daily because I am a Procrastinator! If I know I have a few days before I have to face the music I'm sure I would convine myself that I can eat however I want and "catch up" on weight loss before having to weigh in. I know how dumb that sounds but I wouldn't put it past me :-)

I think I misread the initial post :-) Goals 1. Increase protein 2. Take a multivitamin regularly 3. Meet my calorie goals with healthy foods instead of junk 4. Cut down on processed foods 5. Cut WAY down on sugar

I recommend you read Perfect Weight America. I dont follow the diet plan but I learned a lot about eatting better and feeling better. Totally worth the read!

I used to take diet pills and the side effects are not worth the weight loss, which is only temporary. As soon as I stopped taking them the weight came right back. I agree with the eariler statements, the old fashioned way is the best way to feel good and keep the weight off :-). Good luck!
