  • NOt sure if you found some decent snacks yet..but I have found what really helps me in the evenings when i need a snack.... Orville's Smartpop popcorn... don't add anything extra to it...but it really helps me get through the cravings

  • Hi Kirsty MFP is a great tool ..I've only started using it 5 weeks ago and its helped me drop 13 pounds.... It doesn't tell me what to eat..but definitely helps tell me what good or bad about what i eat... a great tool for those of us who are not as Nutrionally Aware...lol Good Luck Tommy
