I work nights too.. totally different line of work.. make sure you have food/snacks ready..I usually get home and head right for the snacks I have started eating fruit like apples, oranges, bananas, pickles.. just keep it in the real food category nothing processed and you'll be good.. stay away from the bread stuff.…
