I am 4'7" currently I am 188 already down 20. My goal weight I don't really know yet. I have not been under 140 since I was a teen so I will see how it looks as it comes off.

Hi. I was taking a look at your food diary and the biggest thing that stands out is not enough protein! Protein keeps you satisfied a lot longer then carbs. Try having a protein with each meal and snack. Also you don't have anything logged in for suppers. Do you not eat in the evening?

Parsnips are a root veggie that look like whit carrots. You can put any veggies you want in a stew. I usually do mine in my crock pot. Beef, potatoes, peas, carrots, celery, fresh mushrooms, onions, seasoned with garlic powder, bay leaves, onion powder, a touch of worchestchire sauce, pepper, a little flour to thicken

I have been doing zumba for a month now and love it. The time flies shen you are doing it!

I have been on meds for 10 years for hypothyroid. When I need to get my levels checked and my meds increased I am so tired I can't sit down or I fall asleep. Also, I could claw off my skin it's so dry and itchy.

I have broken my entire program I to short term goals. My weightloss goal is 184 for this month. My exercise goal is 45 min 4 x a week.

I am 4'7". My top weight was 209(yuck) I am currently 191 and to be in a healthy range I am to be 95-105. I have a long ways to go but am very determined that I can do it. Right now I am concentrating on changing my eating habits and have started zumba. Always looking for friends if you want to add

I have zumba for the wii and it estimates 700-865 depending on hhe intensity. But again that depends on your specific info. The hrm is your best option for accuracy

I was diagnosed hypo about 10 years ago. Every time they got my levels good it would slow right back down! I am now on 300 of St throne and seem to be managing well on that. But in the process I put the 50lbs I lost after my daughter was born back on and then added another 40 on top of that :( I am now turning that around…
