I second spinach! Tons of spinach salads with low cal dressing. Kale too, if you don't mind it raw! With some beans, nuts, or tofu on top to make it feel more like a meal. That usually helps me. Oh yeah! And warm liquids help you feel more full - develop a tea habit! : )

Thank you! : )

I didn't take before pictures because I feel like there are plenty floating around with me at the 'high' weight : / Maybe I should upload some though! I'm working out a little, but because of work and school, not as much as I would like. But it's not a huge deal to me as long as the numbers are going the right direction!

hey, good to know! I adore peanut butter, but should probably rely on it less as a snack. Any favorite protein shakes or mixes you'd recommend?

I'm in school! I'm studying printmaking. This semester I'm in Integrated Book Arts, Lithography, Art Since 1945, and Writing for Artists. Yeah... my program is super cool. :)

from one PNW'er to another, you speak the truth! I didn't like coffee until I moved up here and thought I'd better try some of it up here to see what all the fuss was about.

I like getting the single serving microwave popcorn bags - satisfying and takes a little time to eat, and between like 100-200 calories! Pretty good! Oh, also, the seaweed snack strips (especially the wasabi ones for me!) at Trader Joe's. Sliced tomatoes and cucumbers with salt & pepper are good too!

cottage cheese (1.5% low fat is 90 calories for a half cup!), mixed with sliced tomato and black pepper. Alternately, two or three spoonfuls of peanut butter when I'm not in the mood for cheese!
